| FLAVOUR IS EVERYTHING Natoora Organic Avocado We source our avocados from different points of origin through the year, chasing the seasons. When the season and flavour is right, we source from Spain, closer than many avocados. This particular avocado is sourced from some of our organic-certified growers. What makes Natoora Ripe Avocados so special? We're currently seeing exceptionally high oil levels in our avocado, which is very desirable and characteristic of peak season fruit. This can sometimes cause reddish streaks to appear around the stone when it is cut. This is not a sign of poor quality, rather of great quality. Any superficial redness disappears into the avocado flesh when it is mashed so will not affect the bright colour of your guacamole. What is Natoora? Natoora sells flavour-first produce sourced through direct and transparent relationships with our growers. Not only does this create a unique supply chain; but through face-to-face conversations with our growers and tasting their produce at origin, we always know what’s in season, ensuring that our produce is at its freshest and most flavourful when it reaches you. Natoora also works with deli, dairy and dry goods producers who share our commitment to provenance, and we make our own range of soups, dips, juices and wholegrain sourdough breads. Our packaging is plastic-free and home compostable. Dispose of the blue punnet in your normal recycling and the clear film in your food waste bin. |
