White Sweet Potatoes have a flavour similar to chestnuts and are less sweet than the orange-fleshed variety you may be more familiar with. They are richer in starch and flavour than the orange varieties, too. Are White Sweet Potatoes healthy? Natoora’s Organic White Sweet Potatoes have a high concentration of nutrients and natural sugars, as they are grown in a clay soil which is rich in minerals. Where do White Sweet Potatoes come from? This variety are sourced from the area between Anguillara, Veneto and Stappare, Padua. How should I cook White Sweet Potatoes? This organic variety holds its shape really well when roasted thanks to its high starch level. They can also be mashed, or formed into a flavourful homemade gnocchi. What is Natoora?
