Instructions
Prosciutto can be served at the beginning of the meal with melon or figs, or with other salamis in a mixed charcuterie platter. It also goes into delicate fillings for stuffed pasta, or try it wrapped around slices of veal or chicken to impart flavour and maintain moisture. Excellent as well with buffalo mozzarella.

might be good might be really bad
This is a frequent buy for me but you have to be lucky to find the slices cut in a good spot - they should not sell hard slices cut at the end as this is quite expensive.

Natoora meats are quite expensive. This is probably the only one I would buy at full price when not on offer, amazing taste and texture.

fav prosciutto
Prosciutto often smells too porky for me. This one doesn't. It's in my basket every week because it has a delicate taste without the sometimes sour porkiness.
