FLAVOUR IS EVERYTHING

Natoora Purple Cauliflower

We select our cauliflowers for their dense, tightly packed florets and tender stalks. This brightly coloured purple variety comes from our grower Dan in Lancaster, who has been farming organically for 30 years, since he was just 15-years-old.

How to: cook with purple cauliflower

Break into florets, roast with dried cumin, coriander, walnut oil and plenty of flaky sea salt. Don’t forget that the entire plant has value; you can treat the outer leaves as you would spring greens or kale, chopped and stirred through stews and pastas, or roasted in olive oil.

What is Natoora?

Natoora sells flavour-first produce sourced through direct and transparent relationships with our growers. Not only does this create a unique supply chain; but through face-to-face conversations with our growers and tasting their produce at origin, we always know what’s in season, ensuring that our produce is at its freshest and most flavourful when it reaches you. Natoora also works with deli, dairy and dry goods producers who share our commitment to provenance, and we make our own range of soups, dips, juices and wholegrain sourdough breads.

Our packaging is plastic-free and home compostable. Dispose of the blue punnet in your normal recycling and the clear film in your food waste bin.
