| FLAVOUR IS EVERYTHING Natoora Purple Garlic What is the difference between white garlic and purple garlic? These large heads of Purple Garlic come from Spain. A hardneck variety, it is more difficult to grow and more delicate to ship, therefore not as commonly found in supermarkets, but the full cloves have a milder flavour than its white counterpart. How to cook with purple garlic? Roast whole, or confit, until cloves are soft, then blend through soups, or spread generously on toasted sourdough. Chop finely or grate, then add to salad dressings with high quality olive oil and vinegar. What is Natoora?
