- These are not the wrinkled examples we’ve come to expect from far-imported fruits, which are picked early to withstand weeks in transit.
- Amadora waits for the fruits to signal they are ripe. She's strung netting under the vines to catch each of them as they naturally fall – at peak ripeness.
- Less acidic than most commercially grown Passion Fruits, these are sweet and brimming with tropical flavour.
