- The burrata is made from the flavourful milk of cows grazing the semi-wild plateau of the Parco della Murgia. It is then naturally wood smoked to deepen and intensify its taste.
- We source our burrata from Caseificio Fratelli Capurso, a dairy in Puglia's Gioia del Colle. Founded almost a century ago, the dairy remains a family business.

Love Burrata but never try a smoked Burrata It was delicious A nice level of smoke It will become a favourite from now

Rubbery exterior, strange, globby interior and no flavour. Maybe I was just unfortunate with the one that was delivered, but I definitely wont be trying it again.

Lovely in my salad today. Taken a star off as its very expensive for the size but I bought in the flash sale so will look out for it again!

Nothing really special about this item. The outer surfaces are of course a bit tough as they are smoked, but there is no real smokey taste
