Plenty big enough for three and I really wanted to like this but it had no flavour and did not have the stringy spaghetti like texture talked about either, baked it in the oven as per instructions (and the common recommendation online) and it was just bland tasteless mush. I love squashes so expected much more, I was disappointed at flash sale price I would have been really cross if paid full price, left me wandering if this actually was a spaghetti squash but as I have never had before I have no reference point other than what I have read about them and this just didnt seem to fit that bill. Made it edible by adding some garlic butter for flavour, wouldnt buy again.
Delighted to have finally found a supplier, we ordered this to go with some ribs. A spaghetti squash has to be big enough that when it cooks, the innards shred easily into the strands that give it its name. This was as small as a small grapefruit, and in consequence, once cooked, did not shred so much as sog. The site needs to indicate size to ensure you know what you're buying.
