What is a Flat White Peach?

Sometimes referred to as doughnut peaches, Natoora’s Spanish Flat White Peaches have a firm-textured flesh and thin delicate skin. Their balanced acidic flavour profile makes them perfect in summer salads.

Where are Natoora’s Spanish Flat White Peaches grown?

At the beginning of the season they are sourced direct from Jose, in Murcia, Spain. Later on we move to a grower just outside Lleida, in the Catalonian region of north-eastern Spain. Whilst most peaches are picked underripe for ease of transport; our growers leave their fruit to mature fully on the tree, so that it can absorb the maximum nutritional value and concentration of sugars from the tree.

How should I serve Spanish Flat White Peaches?

These sweet, acidic and juicy peaches are wonderful when eaten raw, and they sing when they are halved, stoned and grilled quickly over high heat, served with cooling creme fraiche and fresh mint. They’re also delicious when cut into chunks, served simply with creamy burrata and basil.
