FLAVOUR IS EVERYTHING

Natoora Spanish Padrón Peppers

We source Padrón Peppers direct from a co-operative in Galicia, where Franciscan monks planted seeds from the New World in the 17th century. The plants are grown with minimum intervention, unsprayed and using natural pest control, and they are picked at full maturity with bright green and firm stalks and skin.

How to serve Spanish Padron Peppers

Barbecued brushed with oil until charred and softened. Shallow fried, sprinkled with paprika and flaky sea salt. Roasted at a high heat with crushed garlic cloves.

What is Natoora?

Natoora sells flavour-first produce sourced through direct and transparent relationships with our growers. Not only does this create a unique supply chain; but through face-to-face conversations with our growers and tasting their produce at origin, we always know what’s in season, ensuring that our produce is at its freshest and most flavourful when it reaches you. Natoora also works with deli, dairy and dry goods producers who share our commitment to provenance, and we make our own range of soups, dips, juices and wholegrain sourdough breads.

Our packaging is plastic-free and home compostable. Dispose of the blue punnet in your normal recycling and the clear film in your food waste bin.
