FLAVOUR IS A FRONTIER Natoora Unwaxed Italian Lemons - Antico di Rocca Imperiale is a variety of winter-ripening lemon originating from Calabria, southern Italy. - Elongated, oil-rich lemons with an intensely aromatic light green to yellow skin. This colour is not a sign of unripeness, but of their particular seasonality. - Ideal for juicing, their flavour is characterised by a balanced, bright acidity. - We source these lemons direct from their native growing region of Calabria, from growers who leave the lemon skin unwaxed. - Protected from northerly winds by the hills, the lemon trees thrive in the mild coastal climate. - Unwaxed for maximum flavour, they'll store best in the fridge.
-We are committed to removing plastic from our supply chain. Our bio nets are made from the thinnings of sustainably-managed beechwood forests. They are 100% home compostable in your food waste bin
Take it further - Use freshly-squeezed juice to add brightness to sauces, stews and soups. - Zest into a fish marinade with chilli flake and crushed fennel seeds. Natoora's radical approach to seasonal sourcing is shaping the future of food - We don't work with industrial agriculture or large wholesalers - We work closely with growers who are preserving vital flavours through meaningful small farming - We back these growers to build a better future for food, rooted in small scale, sustainable - agriculture that gives back to our planet

Mouldy in a day
We had them for one day and when I went to use them they had mould all over the underside, didn't even get to try a single one.
Ok, the lemons do look a bit off on the outside, but on the inside theyre some of the best lemons.
These may not look very nice, but they are very juicy and slightly sweeter than normal lemons. Just because they don't look perfect doesn't mean they don't taste nice.
Totally rotten on receipt!
I always buy unwaxed lemons, thought I'd try Natoora. Big Mistake! Each lemon contained soft patches and brown marks. Upon slicing the flesh was brown as well. Binned them. Maybe that was the reason they were discounted? W.
Already gone bad.
I used these a few hours after delivery and noted they had already gone bad. Mould and soft patches. I realise they are organic, but surely this isnt right! Very disappointing as I was looking forward to making lemon cake, also using the zest.
