FLAVOUR IS EVERYTHING
Natoora White Onions
What’s the difference between a white and a yellow onion?
White onions have a milder flavour than yellow, or red onions. They are versatile and useful for dishes where you want onion flavour without it being too overpowering.
How to: serve white onions
- Macerated in white wine vinegar and sugar for a quick but punchy pickle.
- Slowly cooked with butter, thyme and lemon zest, served with grilled pork chops.
What is Natoora?
Natoora sells flavour-first produce sourced through direct and transparent relationships with our growers. Not only does this create a unique supply chain; but through face-to-face conversations with our growers and tasting their produce at origin, we always know what’s in season, ensuring that our produce is at its freshest and most flavourful when it reaches you. Natoora also works with deli, dairy and dry goods producers who share our commitment to provenance, and we make our own range of soups, dips, juices and wholegrain sourdough breads.
Our packaging is plastic-free and home compostable. Dispose of the blue punnet in your normal recycling and the clear film in your food waste bin.
