seem ok

I was sent these to review, they seem okay not sure I am aware of any difference maybe given time it will be obvious

Wrong image

The gallery image (from which I ordered) is different to the product page image (which is what I received). This is not just magnesium, but also B6, which if you take this supplement before bed is a really bad (stimulating) combination. Images should be aligned to the same product and not mislead customers.

To the person who said they had nightmares: I understand that vitamin B6 may cause you to have vivid dreams, so the magnesium is unlikely to be the culprit, you could try a different formula?

Not much magnesium

I took these before bed, and they gave me nightmares. Not a great strength.
