Nauta wines are made from Old vine Monastrell (40 years), each vines produce 2kg of fruit with a yield of 3,500 kg/ha and achieving a high concentration of fruit.
Bush trained vines. Traditional winemaking including malolactic fermentation and 8 months of ageing in american and french oak barrels.
