This 30ml concentrate is mixed with 470ml of tap water to make 500ml of effective Multi Surface cleaner that is vegan and cruelty free and has plant based and biodegradable ingredients. The packaging is plastic free, and widely recycled. Instant cleaning product refills without the plastic waste and the unnecessary water.

Our Grapefruit scent is designed to delight and leave your space feeling clean and fresh without the chemical smell of most cleaning products.

What does it smell like: A mix for citrus fruit and florals with notes of grapefruit, white jasmine and ylang ylang. Subtle but distinct and not overpowering.

Love love love

does a great job cleaning surfaces and the smell is lovely and not too much. Feels good to make a small effort in consuming less plastics.

Cleans really well

I'd tried another eco refill that came as a tablet (not currently available on Ocado) and although it smelt lovely, it just didn't degrease and clean as well as Method and another eco refill that uses plastic pouches. This Neat product cleaned a dirty hob and steel splashback perfectly. It doesn't foam (and has no colour) so I was a little dubious, but it wiped away all the grime and left no streaks. Strong but not unpleasant grapefruit scent. I'm very happy to have found an effective cleaner refill that comes in a glass bottle. I use it in an old spray bottle.

Excellent product

1. It does the job perfectly. 2. The product is plant-based and biodegradable 3. The packaging is fully recyclable: a tiny glass bottle, with an aluminium lid, in a small card box. No plastic. 4. The refill takes a tiny space in my cupboard. 5. It smells really good. I wanted efficient eco-friendly products for my home, with no subscription. These tiny bottles are just perfect!

best sustainable cleaning product out there!

Ive tried other cleaning products that are sustainable such as Smol and method. Method is good but I dont like the plastic bottles even with the refills. Smol products are rubbish they just dont clean effectively without smothering the surface. But these NEAT products are amazing! They are fabulous for tough dirt in the kitchen which comes off effortlessly. They also smell divine!!

wow the smell!!!

The smell is amazing for a refill cleaner. Will buy again. A bit overpriced so hopefully more discount
