Instructions
Warm a frying pan over a medium heat and add 1 tbsp of oil. Remove the fish from the pack and cook it for 5 minutes in the pan, turning frequently. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled.
Size and thickness of fish may vary, cook times are given as guidance. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.

Storage:
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 24 hours. For use by date, see front of pack. Do not exceed use by date. Freeze as soon after purchase as possible and always within the use by date. Use within one month. Defrost in a fridge overnight before use: Do not refreeze once defrosted. This product has been previously frozen and returned to a chilled temperature. It is still suitable for home freezing.

Tasty tuna
Very nice, just enough for two fish wraps. Good quality fish.
Use by..
Only three days use by date. Fine for some products, but not fish. Useless when you're buying for the week ahead.
Tasty tuna chunks
I’m reviewing this product because I got a free coupon from Ocado. Tasty tuna chunks, quick and easy to cook. Great in a stir fry. Great quality product. Definitely recommend.

This was a free sample from Ocado. Very meaty as to be expected with tuna, tasted fresh but not overly enamoured with it to be honest. Not something I would buy to be honest. The portion is only enough for 1 person.
