Who is the test for:
High cholesterol is mainly caused by eating fatty foods, not exercising enough, being overweight, smoking and drinking alcohol.
Regular testing is also advised for individuals who have not tested before, anyone over 40, or if high cholesterol or heart problems run in the family.

1 Wash & dry your hands.
Hold the finger downwards and prick the side of your fingertip with the lancet.
2 Collect the blood sample and deposit it into the test hole.
3 Turn over the test kit after 2 minutes to read your results.
4 Slide the colour chart to colour match your result within 30 seconds. Do not interpret the results beyond 2 minutes 30 seconds after the sample has been added.
