We use upcycled apple pulp to replace sugars, ultra processed nutrient powders and unnatural flavourings. Like all natural produce, apples are seasonal. This means different apples are pressed at different times of the year, so each batch of nibs etc. may look and taste slightly different. Changing like the seasons, but always delicious & nutritious.

Apple pulp is naturally high in fibre and low in sugar. After being rescued from the manufacturer in Kent, it is then slow baked in batches with carefully sourced, high quality ingredients to create moreish, filling and not too sweet granola.
