This Southern French Rosé leans dry and pale, bringing berries, peach, and subtle florals with a clean finish. Perfect for here, there, anywhere.

Lighter doesn't mean lesser.
This wine's full of flavour but with a softer edge, the kind of light that's just right. Nice for keeping it low key.

History

Like all great wines, the making of Going Places Rosé starts with carefully consideration in the vineyards. With the goal being delicious, fruit forward wines with lower alcohol content, the grape varieties Gamay and Floréal were chosen. The first for its generosity of flavour, even when picked early, and the second for its naturally lower sugar content which results in lower alcohol wines.

Vinification details

In the winery, the fruit is gently pressed to extract colour without taking with it too much tannin or colour. The ferment is stopped a little early to keep alcohol levels low, and to retain natural sugars to balance acidity and enhance flavour.
