How we like to cook it:
1. Pour 60g of rice per person into a large bowl and wash well with cold water, then drain.
2. Add to a pan with 90ml of boiling water per person (1.5x the amount of rice).
3. Cook over a medium-low heat with the lid on for 6-8 mins.
4. Once the water is fully absorbed, turn off the heat and leave to steam for 15-20 mins.
5. Lightly fork through the grains, serve and enjoy.
