Regional information
Champagne, located in the cool, northeastern corner of France, is the exclusive home of the world's most celebrated sparkling wine. The region's unique chalky soils and cool climate are ideal for growing the primary grapes of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. True Champagne is created using the meticulous "traditional method," where the second fermentation that creates the signature bubbles happens inside the bottle itself. This process results in a wine with fine, persistent bubbles and complex flavours, setting the global standard for quality in sparkling wine.
Tasting notes
A lovely salmon-pink hue with silver glints. The nose is dominated by red fruits—raspberry, blueberry, and redcurrant. The palate is fleshy and delicious, mirroring the nose with intense berry flavours, balanced by a refined mousse and a fresh, uplifting finish.

Vinification details
This Rosé is a blend of wines from various crus, including a proportion of red wine (approx. 16-18%) from the Champagne region to give colour and fruit character. It is aged for at least 3 years in the cellars to harmonise the bubbles and flavours. The high proportion of Pinot Noir and Meunier provides the wine’s signature red fruit profile.
