Use: This product strength is suitable for those smoking more than 20 cigarettes a day and heavy vapers (e.g. vape frequently or use high strength e liquid). Read the package leaflet before use. NICORETTE® fruitfusion 4mg gum relieves and/or prevents withdrawal symptoms including strong cravings experienced when trying to stop smoking/vaping or cutting down on cigarettes/e cigarettes. It provides a safer alternative to smoking tobacco for both the individual and those around them. Ideally you should aim to stop smoking/vaping. However, this product can be used either to completely replace all your cigarettes/e-cigarettes, or if you do not feel ready to stop smoking/vaping completely, to replace certain cigarettes/e-cigarettes and therefore help you to cut down. It may also help increase your motivation to quit. NICORETTE® chewing technique: 1. Chew slowly until taste becomes strong. 2. Rest between gum and cheek. 3. Chew again when taste has faded. Directions: Children aged between 12 to 18 years, should consult with a doctor, pharmacist or nurse before starting to use this product. Please read the enclosed leaflet carefully before starting to use the product and note the chewing technique. Chew one piece of gum when you feel the urge to smoke/vape. Do not use more than 15 pieces a day.
