Nordes Galician Gin

NORDÉS PREMIUM GIN Nordés Gin was created by three friends as a celebration of its native land, Galicia. It has quickly become a revolutionary gin taking the familiar to the next level with its authentic feel and exquisite flavour. Made through a slow and very careful process, Nordés incorporates a portion of wine alcohol from the Albariño grape that gives it a very different flavour. This touch is the soul of the gin, and its main ingredient. The fruity and herbal notes of white fruit such as apricot and flowers like jasmine, stand out, along with citrus and balsamic touches that leave velvety and fresh sensations in your mouth. The 11 botanicals used in Nordés macerate individually before distilling, as each of them take different times. 6 Galician native botanicals stand out: bay leaf, lemon verbena, peppermint, eucalyptus, sage and glasswort -a marine plant also known as sea asparagus, which gives it the special salty touch-. Nordés also incorporates 5 other botanicals sourced overseas: juniper, cardamom, ginger, black tea, and hibiscus flower. The exact amount of each one is added to achieve the subtle and well-balanced notes with give it its distinctive aroma. Tasting notes Appearance: Transparent and bright. Nose: Aromatic, with subtle aromas of white fruit, in harmony with balsamic notes of mint, eucalyptus and bay leaf, accompanied by a touch of juniper. Palate: Fresh and fruity notes, with retro-nasal hints of laurel and juniper. Serving suggestions In a wide glass with a lot of ice, add the ingredients in the following proportions: 5cl of Nordés, 20cl of natural tonic water and garnish with 3 white grapes. PERFECT SERVE: Nordés perfect serve mixes 5cl of Nordés and 20cl of natural tonic water in a wide glass with a lot of ice garnished with 3 white grapes. It is also an ideal mixed drink for cocktails. The most important is to enjoy it in good company.
