Everything we do is in the name of taste. We believe pasta should taste incredible, and in fact, our pasta is so good you can eat it naked, with nothing more than a little oil or butter. We use spelt, an ancient grain that has been grown in the UK for thousands of years, regeneratively farmed by British growers working in ways that improve soil health rather than take from it. Northern Pasta Co. is grown and crafted end to end in the UK, using traditional bronze dies and slow drying, which gives every piece a rougher texture that clings beautifully to sauce, a naturally nutty flavour, and a warm golden colour rather than the typical pasta yellow.
Our pasta contains nothing artificial. We craft every batch ourselves, and it's a Great Taste Award winner.

Storage
Preparation and Usage
Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil. Add the Casarecce and cook for 7 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender to your liking. Drain and toss straight through your favourite sauce.
