Novi hazelnut and cocoa spread is an outstanding, delicious product to be tasted together with bread, cookies or any baked pastry for your breakfast or snack. Uniquely made with 45% of Italian hazelnuts in the recipe - without palm oil and no hydrogenated fat, presenting only natural fats from its hazelnuts and cocoa -, it spreads to perfection, and tastes amazing.
Crema Novi, as it is known all over Italy, is an authentic Novi speciality since generations, made in our production plant in Novi Ligure, Piedmont, and poured in a practical and reusable jar. The high quantity of selected-hazelnuts of our hills confer to our Crema Novi Halzenut Spread Paste an ideal spreadability. Since its first recipe, Crema Novi is rich in unsaturated fats, way healthier than saturated fats. The halzenut oil contained in Crema Novi consists of an high quantity of oleic acid, the typical extra-virgin olive oil monounsaturated fat.
