Known for its delicious flavour, abundant marbling and tenderness, this 21 day matured farm assured steak has a robust, meaty flavour and a rich, buttery taste. Ribeye steaks can be enjoyed by being simply seasoned with salt and pepper which highlights their natural flavour or with a creamy sauce like béarnaise or chimichurri. Serve with a variety of sides including roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.

Keep refrigerated 0 to +5ºC.
Once opened, use immediately.

Do not exceed the Use By date.

Suitable for freezing. Freeze on or before Use By date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and consume on day of defrosting. Do not refreeze.

Cooking Instructions:
Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods.

Pan Fry: High heat
Rare: 2-3 mins
Medium: 3-6 mins

1. Allow the steak to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before cooking.
2. Preheat pan on high. Lightly oil and season steak.
3. Place into dry pan. Turn halfway through cooking.
4. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
