As a classic and beloved accompaniment to many traditional roast dinners, these tasty stuffing balls are made with 100% British pork.
The dominant flavour is a deep, savoury, and meaty taste from the pork making each bite more substantial and satisfying. The sage provides a classic, earthy, and slightly peppery taste that is the perfect aromatic partner to the pork. The onion adds a subtle sweetness and depth that cuts through the richness of the pork.

During cooking, the exterior turns a rich, golden brown and has a slightly crisp crust, leaving the inside incredibly moist and flavourful.
They are an essential part of a traditional roast or Christmas dinner, particularly when served with roast chicken, turkey, or pork.

Leftover stuffing balls are delicious served cold the next day. They are particularly good sliced and added to a sandwich with leftover roast meat, often with a little cranberry sauce or gravy. They can be served alongside grilled meats like sausages or pork chops for a quick and flavourful meal.

Place stuffing balls on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven for the time specified.
