Not good

Texture of cotton wool - fell apart on the fork. Completely tasteless. Worst example of ghastly farmed salmon.

Tasty and crispy skin!

It seems hit and miss if salmon skin turns out crispy. I’ve tried torching skin, patting dry, preheating oil but simply placed these in Pyrex dish with olive oil (not preheated) and turned out perfect

Delicious!

Plump, tasty filets which were a good size and very flavourful. Happy to pay a bit more to have organic salmon. Will definitely purchase again.
