love these
put nandos hot powder over these and they are so good. nice and healthy option
Great on a summer BBQ.
These are quite small, thin and lean. They are excellent for BBQ's, and to use in a stir fry. Have been purchasing for quite some time. I think some of the negative reviews are simply about overcooking on too high a temperature..
Good in stir fry
These were lean but with a little fat made them ideal to use in a stir fry. Not tough at all.
Great in a stir fry
I always buy these for a stir fry as there is no fat and plenty of meat. Coat in corn flour it’s great in a stir fry
Gunky
Seared and added to slow cooker lots of gunk coming off of them. Very unsightly.
Tough and difficult to cut
Really tough and needed a steak knife to cut. Very lean and thinly cut which didn’t help.
