Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 8 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted, use within 24 hours and do not refreeze.

Cooking Instructions:
For best results, cook from chilled. Remove all packaging. Drain excess water before cooking.

Pan Fry: Medium / high heat 3-4 mins

1. Preheat frying pan or wok to medium heat with 1 tsp of oil.
2. Transfer the prawns to the pan and cook, stirring frequently.
3. Reduce the heat if necessary.
