Created from prime cuts and a source of protein*, our Red Tractor-certified diced lamb shoulder has a rich, savoury flavour characteristic of lamb, with a more intense taste than leaner cuts like lamb leg. The natural marbling throughout the cut adds exceptional richness and juiciness during cooking.

Perfect for slow cooking, the meat becomes incredibly tender and easily pulls apart while remaining moist and succulent. Lamb shoulder handles bold flavours brilliantly and pairs well with a wide range of seasonings—from classic herbs like rosemary and thyme to warm spices like cumin and paprika—making it versatile for batch-cooking stews, curries, and casseroles.

Keep refrigerated 0 to +5ºC.
Once opened, use immediately.

Do not exceed the Use By date.

Suitable for freezing. Freeze on or before Use By date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and consume on day of defrosting. Do not refreeze.

Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods.

Oven: 180ºC / Fan 160ºC / Gas 4

1. Place in an ovenproof dish, cover the meat with stock, then cover with foil and cook in the middle of a preheated oven.
2. Turn occasionally until cooked.
3. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
