elle3 yes agree great for making butter! Tip into a food processor on high speed until you can see it separate. Then squeeze out the buttermilk, you can keep it for another recipe or to drink.

Good This is great for making home made butter and works out at half the price of supermarket butter.

Perfectly good, own brand price. Indistinguishable from more expensive brands, to my palate. When you're using only it to cook with, anything else seems pointless.
