Our Red Tractor-certified British pork fillet is a tender and succulent cut of meat. As one of the leanest cuts of pork, it has very little fat marbling. Because of this, it has a more mild and subtle flavour compared to other cuts of pork, but it readily absorbs the delicious flavours of marinades, rubs and sauces. Perfect pairings with pork include honey and garlic, maple and Dijon and pineapple and ginger. Hoisin, teriyaki, BBQ and herbs like rosemary, thyme and sage all compliment pork's' mild flavour.
Pork fillet is incredibly versatile and ideal for for roasting whole, slicing into medallions or butterflied. Due to its leanness, pork fillet can easily become dry if overcooked, so take care with your time and temperature to ensure it stays beautifully moist. Serve up with your favourite roasted veg and use any leftovers for sandwiches and salads the next day.

Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods.
