Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze and consume within 1 day.
Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods.
Oven: 180ºC / Fan 160ºC / Gas 4. 1 hr 50 mins
Preheat oven. Place rack onto a roasting tray with 50mm of water in the base of tray. Cover with foil and cook for 1hr and 30 mins, remove foil, season and marinade as required and cook for a further 20 mins.

Been having these as a slow cook treat for a while and normally lovely ribs. this last set had hardly any meat. Could see the wide ribs through the top of the rack. Maybe 30% meat? Possibly a bad batch but has put me off try again for a bit.
I was pleasantly surprised by these, I got a good-sized pack, very meaty and juicy sweet pork meat. I simmered them in some spices for 40 minutes before finishing off with a honey & chilli caribbean glaze on the grill.
