Our Red Tractor-certified British pork ribs are known for their rich and savoury flavour, which is enhanced by both the marbling of fat throughout the meat and that the cut is on the bone. While delicious on its own, it pairs perfectly with honey and garlic, maple and Dijon and pineapple and ginger. Hoisin, teriyaki, BBQ and herbs like rosemary, thyme and sage all compliment pork's natural flavour.

When cooked slow using methods like roasting or smoking, the meat between the ribs becomes incredibly tender and juicy, almost falling off the bone. Serve it with your favourite veg and a sauce drizzled on top.

Keep refrigerated 0 to +5°C.

Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze and consume within 1 day.

Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods.

Oven: 180ºC / Fan 160ºC / Gas 4.

Preheat oven. Place rack onto a roasting tray with 50mm of water in the base of tray. Cover with foil and cook for 1hr and 30 mins, remove foil, season and marinade as required and cook for a further 20 mins.
