Cooking methods:

Steam
Place the prepared broccoli in a steamer and cook for 8-12 minutes or until just tender.

Boil
Bring a pan of water to the boil and add the prepared broccoli. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until just tender.

Stir-Fry
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan, add the broccoli and stir-fry for 6-8 minutes or until tender.
