Ocado Unsmoked Gammon Joint with added water, formed from selected cuts of prime pork leg. Succulent, tender and richly flavoured gammon. This joint is delicious, tender and versitile for any meal ocassion.

Suitable for freezing. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted and consume within 1 day.
Instructions
Oven: 190ºC / Fan 170ºC / Gas 5
1 hour 30 mins
Place joint in a roasting tray and loosely cover with foil. Cook in the centre of the oven. Remove foil for the last 30 minutes. Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes and remove inner casing before carving.
Hob: 45 mins
Place joint in a large saucepan with enough cold water to cover it. Bring to the boil and place the lid on the saucepan. Simmer on a low heat. Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes and remove inner casing before carving.

Easy to cook, tasty & moist. Good value meal.

Boiled then roasted, carved really well. No salty (I soaked it first)

I thought this was very good value. It did have a rim of fat around half of the outside but that gives it more flavour. I simmered it in a pan for half an hour (it makes it less salty) and then airfried it. It was very tender and tasted lovely. I'm buying it again,
taste good
It tasted good, I roasted it in airfryer with honey and sugar, nice for Sunday roast. Be aware that it is very small, enough for two of us but I dont think it would be for a bigger family

So very salty. We threw it away. Going back to our butcher. Please dont waste your money
