Ocado Chia Seeds.
Chia seeds have a very mild, almost neutral flavour although some people can detect a slightly nutty or earthy tone, similar to poppy seeds or alfalfa sprouts. This makes them versatile when adding to various dishes with stronger flavours.
The texture of chia seeds is more noticeable than the taste. When dry, they have a slight crunch. When soaked, they form a gel-like consistency, similar to tapioca pudding.
