Not convinced I used this in a chilli, soy and ginger dressing. The little cubes it is cut into didn't work as well as thinly sliced fresh ginger. Wouldn't buy again. Other frozen Ocado herbs are better.

no waste Lost count of the fresh ginger Ive binned after using a piece, this is ideal, its chopped in tiny pieces so really convenient to add to Chinese dishes etc, a freezer staple
