Bought because of the great reviews but I feel it really lack coconut flavour. Tried it as a frozen snack, defrosted snack, in smoothies and curries and all were disappointing. Maybe the other reviews were excited because they got it for free! Im sure more people are buying and demand going up because of the reviews. That said, maybe it is just me. I love fresh coconut, love coconut milk... not sure what Ill do with rest, maybe give it to a friend or the birds!
I tried this after being recommended by a friend, but found the product to be much harder than expected and with much less flavour. I can imagine in cooking it would soften, but as someone who likes to have coconut uncooked - this was some way off what I expected.
Really love this product! The coconut comes in little cubes, perfect for snacking on or adding to stews/curry/soup. Delicious fresh flavour, moist not dry. Would highly recommend and would buy again
