New one on me
Never heard of these before, so I gave them a try. They are young soy beans and you can heat them in a pan of water like most veg. I found them hard and characterless as first. On my dinner plate they soaked up some meat juices making them soft and quite tasty. If your diet requires soya give these a try.
Throw them in everything....almost.
Brilliant freezer food. These bright tasty beans are so versatile. I love them in salads and stir fry.
Not as good as fresh...
... But great for freezer stash and would buy again
And tasty...a staple for the freezer
Shut the Front Door!
I had no idea you could buy frozen edamame beans until I joined Ocado. Game changer for my ramen.
These are always great - the right level of crunchiness and chewiness. These are great boiled and then out in a bowl of miso soup with a little bit of cut up nor. The perfect savoury broth!
