These sweet and tender peas are a convenient and versatile ingredient to have handy in your freezer, without worrying about waste. As 80g is 1 of your 5 a day, they're an ideal way to add an extra pop of colour and flavour to your midweek meals. Simply cook and serve as a side dish to your favourite protein, mix into stir-fries, casseroles or add to soups and stews.

Keep frozen below -18°C. Once defrosted, consume within 24 hours.
Do not eat raw. If food has thawed, do not refreeze.

Remove all packaging. For best results, microwave from frozen.

Microwave: 800W 2 1/2 mins/ 900W 2 mins
Place 80g of frozen peas into a microwaveable dish and add 1 teaspoon of water. Cover with film and pierce several times.
Cook on full power for 2 1/2 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Drain and serve.


Boil: 3 mins
Place required amount into a saucepan of boiling water. Bring back to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes until tender.
Drain and serve.


Steam: 4 mins
Place required amount into a steamer basket over boiling water. Steam for 4 minutes until tender. Ensure the water does not boil dry.
