Boil - From Frozen. 1 1/2-2 mins
Remove 180g of leaf spinach from the bag and place into a saucepan of boiling water. Return the rest of the pack to the freezer immediately. Bring back to the boil, cover and simmer for 1 1/2-2 minutes.
Drain well and serve.; Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave.

Return the rest of the pack to the freezer immediately. Add 30ml (2 tbsp) water, cover and cook on full power for 5 mins (800W), 4 1/2 mins (900W).
Leave to stand for 1 minute.
Drain well and serve.
