These sweet and juicy kernels are a convenient and versatile ingredient to have handy in your freezer, without worrying about waste. As 80g is 1 of your 5 a day, they're a delicious side dish to your favourite protein, or add a pop of colour and flavour to stir-fries, soups and stews.

Keep frozen below -18°C. Once defrosted, consume within 24 hours.
If food has thawed, do not refreeze. Do not eat raw.

Remove all packaging. For best results boil from frozen.

Boil: 3 mins
Place required amount into a pan of boiling water. Bring back to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes until tender.
Drain and serve.

Steam: 4 mins
Place required amount into a steamer basket over boiling water. Steam for 4 minutes until tender. Ensure the water does not boil dry.

Microwave: 800W 4 mins/900W 3 mins
Place 80g of frozen sweetcorn into a microwaveable dish and add 1 tablespoon of water. Cover with film and pierce in several places. Cook on full power for 4 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Drain and serve.
