Guacamole, a staple of Mexican cuisine, is a creamy and flavourful dip made primarily from avocados. The avocados have a rich, buttery taste and a smooth, creamy texture. Lemon juice is added to balance the richness of the avocados, the jalapeños add a spicy kick and the coriander brings a bright and herbaceous note.
