Houmous is a Middle Eastern and Mediterranean dip that has become incredibly popular worldwide. With a creamy and smooth texture, it has a well-balanced flavour with an earthy, nutty base from the chickpeas. Sesame seeds contribute a unique savoury depth and the garlic adds a pungent kick. Suitable for vegans.

Houmous is incredibly versatile and is a staple Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine where it's often served as part of a mezze platter with pita bread, vegetables, and other dips. It perfectly pairs with falafel and shawarma, grilled chicken, lamb, or fish and as part of a fresh, vibrant salad bowl.
