Made a great Tirimisu
Nice creamy mascarpone which I add to sauces , my husband and kids love it
Lovely and creamy, worked well in many desserts I made. Needs to be used pretty quickly though, as it goes of quickly.
Essential for making tiramisu or cheesecake. Only downside, it's a bit expensive for what it is.
Perfect flavour and texture.
I use marscapone principally as a stabiliser when whipping cream for decorating cakes, or making desserts. Used in a ratio of one part marscapone to two parts double cream, it lasts for days, not hours, in the fridge, and doesnt collapse at room temperature! No more disappointing cream-deflation for me!
Great recipe additive
I use this in soups and pasta dishes. My favourite is in an omellete where it adds lightness and flavour.
