Our plump bulbs are firm with the white flaky dry outer skin that the best garlic has. The cloves are full of the pungent garlic flavour that is a signature of many of the world¿s favourite cuisines.
Serving Suggestion For a garnish, remove top and tail then peel and roast whole. Serve with a knob of butter, grated parmesan and rocket salad.

Store in a cool, dry place
1. Remove outer skin and separate the cloves. 2. Peel cloves if preferred. 3. Place in roasting tray and drizzle with oil. 4. Roast in pre heated fan assisted at 175ºC, Non fan assisted 200ºC & Gas mark 6 on middle shelf. 5. Remove after approximately 30 minutes and serve. Check Food is piping hot.
The garlic is fine, but why does it have to come in a plastic net? It just adds unnecessarily to our household waste. Other (more expensive) brands come unpackaged, and I'd be pleased to see Ocado go in the same direction.
I used this garlic over Christmas to roast and flavour our chicken. It gave a lovely garlic flavour. I used the left over roasted cloves to flavour the stock I made using the chicken carcass and it was delicious! Sweet garlicky goodness.
