These lean beef strips are perfect for an easy stir fry mid-week meal in minutes. Matured for a minimum of 14 days, the beef is tender and full of flavour. Simply pan fry, add your favourite vegetables and rice or noodles for delicious, home-cooked fast food.

Top Tip!
Marinate the beef strips in soy sauce, honey and garlic for a few hours before cooking for an extra burst of flavour.

Suitable for freezing. Freeze on or before Use By date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and consume on day of defrosting. Do not refreeze.

Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods.

Pan Fry: High heat
4-6 mins

Stir-fry in a preheated wok/pan over a high heat turning frequently.
