Our farm assured diced beef comes from selected lean prime beef cuts, which are then carefully diced for the most succulent, tender and richly flavoured beef. It's is perfect for slow-cooking in stews, casseroles and curries and for best results, brown the beef in a pan before adding to your dish. Cook on a low heat for several hours and serve with creamy mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables or crusty bread.

Remove all packaging. Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Keep raw meat separate from cooked foods.
Oven: 140ºC / Fan 120ºC / Gas 2

Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Season meat and brown. Place in a casserole dish, add the beef, cover with stock and vegetables. Cover with foil and place in the oven. Cook for 3-4 hours.
